She was incredibly helpful, thorough and professional when explaining everything I needed to know, and she made sure I fully understood what I needed to do. Claire was efficient, kind and genuinely warm, and her lovely manner really stood out to me. You could tell that she cared about helping me and making sure I had a positive experience. I was genuinely so happy to be served by her. She set such a lovely tone for the beginning of my day, and I left feeling really positive. Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
