I forgot to put a return note in my parcel and asked for it back to pop it in and she had absolutely no intention of trying to help me or get it back for me as she had already put it out the back. So now I am unlikely to get my money back for the item ive returned all because this rude unhelpful lady wouldn't walk ten steps and grab my parcel!!!! Utterly horrendous service
