- HHHardmannSep 23, 20261.0Hello I am writing here in desperate hope that the Newquay Post Office will see this and I'll have a means to contact them. I sent a parcel three weeks ago, not only was it not delivered but the card wasn't left at the address. Even when the recipient was at home, she didn't see anyone coming to deliver it yet it says 'delivery attempted'. And now I tried booking a redelivery, went through all the steps, and this app won't allow me to confirm the redelivery at the end. The recipient went to the post office and they asked to do the redelivery thing on the same app which won't allow any confirmation. WHY ALL THIS FRUSTRATION??? This is so unserious!!! And to make it worse, you don't even have a reliable phone number or email address to channel your query. Now how do we get to have that parcel collected???
