Today I waited over half an hour which meant I couldn’t do anything else I needed to do in town before I had to get back home for my babies nap time. I post a lot from Vinted and have made the decision to remove Royal Mail from my postage options so I don’t have to use the post office again. It’s always nothing but an inconvenience and I dread having to try and post there. Very clearly understaffed, the other day (Saturday) they closed the doors at 12:10 instead of 12:30 closing time as they didn’t have enough staff on to serve the people already in there by 12:30, which was beyond annoying as I then couldn’t post until Tuesday (today). The only reason I’m even giving it 1 star is because of Alice who’s always running about the place trying her best to serve asap, always with a smile even though I know she’s probably under a lot of stress considering the lack of staff. Issues need addressing or customers will stop using the post office like I’ve decided to do.
