The initial online process was fine but at the service point, the DHL software was cumbersome and far too many details had to be repeated. There didn’t seem to be any option regarding insurance of the parcel which makes me very nervous

Absolute shambles of a Service at this DHL service point in WH SMITHS Newquay.The staff don't have a clue of what they are doing.I had a package to send with the label on my phone.I was told to go and print the label off,Which I did at the Library up the road.
I Came back 20 mins later with the label on my package ready to send and the lady behind the counter didn't have a clue of what she was doing,She was asking me to read out the numbers on the package,She at one point asked me to come around and do it myself on the computer which I wouldn't have a clue plus that's her job.I was standing in there for around 40 mins and she couldn't send my parcel.I said I had to go because my car was in the car park and I had to get back to it before I got a parking ticket.The staff have no training and they shouldn't have a service if they can't provide one.My parcel did not get sent with them.Very disappointed with them and will not use them again.
