- LLL LJul 10, 20265.0I love coming to this post office and make a special trip from Bodmin (as I can never park close in Bodmin and there’s always a huge queue). Lanivet offers free parking and the staff are professional and knowledgeable, friendly and good-humoured, always making time for a brief catch-up or to put the world to rights. To some, it may be frustrating having to queue and go in individually but I value the confidentiality as so many banks have now closed. I feel lucky to have this post office and am happy to support it. I can highly recommend it~ keep up the excellent work Diane Richards and team!
- EMEri MMay 28, 20265.0I went there to collect a parcel today. It is true that it's closed between 1-2 and only one person at a time can enter. The man who served me was super super kind, and he was quick. I spent problably 1 minute in there to collect my parcel. The man was very good so for me this was a positive experience. It's my first time going there by the way.
- DDDavidNov 21, 20241.0Went to post an item, but was told to wait outside as they only allowed one person in at a time.. It was only 1degree and been snowing earlier. Stood in the open cold for 5 to 10minutes. I was glad it wasn't raining. A very stupid policy, if an elderly person was to wait in that cold I can see them catching am unnecessary cold! They even have seats inside. If management sees this, do better! We are posting items not having therapy. Allow others to wait in the warm.! I won't be going there again.

- KHKatie HazellNov 14, 20205.0This post office is great! It has free parking and strict covid rules that make you feel safe. I've always found the staff to be efficient and polite. They only have one member of staff so allow a bit of extra time in case the customer before you takes a while. Maybe the people leaving negative reviews have never worked a service job before. They may have just caught someone on a bad day, they are only human after all. Remember they're a small village post office, just be grateful they're there at all!
