If I could give this "service" zero starts I would ,firstly make sure you check the use by dates on all so called " fresh products " they have as i have been on numerous occasions when the sandwiches are out of date by days ,served today not for the first time by a young woman waited 5 mins to be served although nobody else in shop while she was on the phone eventually she served me no apology for the wait as all I needed to do was put a winning lottery ticket in ,she done this then yold me she couldn't pay out as not enough money in the till although the win was 59 pound ,I was told then come back another day and she will pay me then as already scanned the ticket and could not be redeemed anywhere else then asked why I would try so early in the day to be paid that amount out ,it was 12pm ,went out to the car then but forgot I needed to use post office so returned to use this service and was welcomed by her saying make sure I close the door behind me next time I leave although when I left first time there were 3 people behind me in the store and I now I closed the door and it would of been the guy who was carrying 4 x2 litres of soft drink out who would of done this ,I asked her for a apology and for her to check the camera but she refused on both requests ,this member of staff needs to be addressed as its not the only occasion that I have witnessed this person do this ,absolutely disgraceful
