- SBStacey BassettApr 8, 20211.0One star is being generous! A parcel was delivered here by Royal Mail 2 weeks ago, every day I or my partner go, no one seems to know where the parcel has gone. Staff’s response is ‘it was there the other day’. Royal Mail state that my parcel ‘has been delivered to this store and has not left the shop’ - where has it gone then? Staff and management are not very apologetic or helpful in providing me with any form of information in order for me to proceed with the next steps to finding my parcel. Basically getting a ‘oh well’ response vibe from them!!! Such a shame as I am local to this store and now I will never use this post office’s service again!!! You are meant to have trust in these post offices to keep your parcel safe and secure!!! I am extremely cross right now as the parcel was not a cheap purchase!!!
