So I choose it as wasn’t going to be home that day.. went in for my parcel and one of the lady’s got a disgusting attitude with me saying I used there ‘personal address’ as a delivery point and that if I did it again there would be ‘trouble’ when I explained it said it was a pick up point on the website she continued to go on saying I used there ‘personal address’ when it’s literally a pick up point on the website, horrible attitude to her when she could of explained nicely. The other lady short with grey hair was lovely and polite but the older one well I’d never experienced such a horrible experience. So embarrassing and the way she spoke to me was like crap. Never again will I use it.
