However, last time I visited he was very unhelpful, rude, and totally unprofessional. I won't be going back, and would rather travel further than be subjected to that again. I also agree with another reviewer RE trying to push the more expensive options. I always prepare my parcels before I take them and know what service I want. I've found that no matter who serves me they always try to push the more expensive options. Sometimes they offer two or three options, none of which are the standard delivery. I can only imagine that folks less used to what options are available would not even realise there is a standard/cheaper alternative and so will pay for a more expensive one unwittingly. Never had this in any other PO and I visit many different ones. I will be writing to the PO to share my experience.
