I have purchased label online to send ebay parcel what he couldn't manage to scan , I was offered to buy new label again as it was said I have already used it. I refused to pay again and find another post office where I could send the parcel without any issue. I had to walk 15 mins. in the rainy weather just because the staff doesn't know how to do them job properly. Full training is highly recommended to be given .

I have followed the information on the internet which was indicating that it closes at 9pm on Saturday. They need to update that information because I was really disappointed. If I had known I would have collected my parcel in the morning.
