- ASAnthea StephensonNov 13, 20241.0My partner called in to return an Amazon parcel, the staff just needed to scan a barcode and print a label, firstly they asked him to wait 15 minutes for no apparent reason, then after that he tried again, there were three staff there and none of them knew how to do it! So he took it to Risedale road post office where it was dealt with straight away! Lots more training needed at Croftlands obviously.
