I was told that they weren’t a bank and therefore couldn’t provide the money in coins, although they could give me notes. I found this rather frustrating, especially as I only wanted to withdraw £20. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had a disappointing experience at this particular branch. On previous visits, I’ve found the service and overall atmosphere less than welcoming. On one occasion, I was served by a gentleman with a beard who appeared to be eating while serving customers, which I felt was unprofessional. The branch itself also looks very tired and dated, and the layout and general appearance don't create a particularly inviting environment for customers. I appreciate that individual experiences can vary, but based on my experiences, I would personally recommend using Rinkfield or Sandylands Post Offices instead. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I believe the branch could benefit from improvements to both its customer service and overall presentation.
