My 84 year old dad went in to pay is gas with is gas card today 02/06/2026 my dad pushed the card under to the bloke so he could reach it to pay, after paying he threw the card back under, my dad was taken back telling me what happened, manners don't cost anything, if you are going to treat customers like this, or any person of the older generation, then get another job that doesn't involve interacting with customers.

Just had an amazing service by a lovely chap who helped me send a care parcel to my daughter in Australia. I had been turned away by my local post office and told to go to main post office. He helped with repackaging the parcel and saving me £20 on cost of shipping. His customer service was excellent. Would highly recommend and happy to visit again. Im so grateful as my daughter had just had a major op and wanted to send her something she missed from home. Thank you to the team for their patience whilst he took care of it. Good Samaritans do exist!
