I had been turned away by my local post office and told to go to main post office. He helped with repackaging the parcel and saving me £20 on cost of shipping. His customer service was excellent. Would highly recommend and happy to visit again. Im so grateful as my daughter had just had a major op and wanted to send her something she missed from home. Thank you to the team for their patience whilst he took care of it. Good Samaritans do exist!
