- BTB TSep 30, 20261.0Went into this store to purchase a souvenir fridge magnet. None of the magnets had prices on them, when we asked the staff member for the price he said they were £4.50 (expensive given the poor quality but I'm not going to barter). When my friend purchased theirs they were charged £5 even though their magnet was of a much lower quality and complexity than mine. I feel that they may have been overcharged for their purchase.

The staff are too laid back and make no effort to speed up if there’s a queue, instead they have casual chats with locals they are serving and do everything as if there’s all the time in the world. Half the time I end up just walking out because I’ve been queuing for too long and am going to be late for work. Staff need better training.
