I use this post office often. The staff are some of the nicest and most helpful people you could ever meet. Always welcoming and if you need help with anything, they do their absolute best. Highly recommend.

Great little post office. I was advised by a lovely lady from there to get my children's passport applications done with them a few weeks ago. I went today and had the pleasure of meeting Avi who was brilliant with taking my boys photos and very pleasant. Great service and lovely staff.

Amazing customer service, friendly and kind staff, I went to pick up MoneyGram and it is very convenient to have this service provided here in Wrexham. highly recommended. About 3 min walk from bus stop. ( Bus 41. )

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
