Avoid like it was a great plauge , I m honestly struggling to understand how is this post office still going with the reputation they got. Interaction and personal skills of the employees are some of the lowest level I ve ever come across in professional perspective. I ve been accused of lying by the man working there and he reported my parcel even tho there was absolutely nothing wrong with it , this has caused at least time delay in delivery and potentially money. He has also asked my work colleagues about me (as he drives burger van around Ind Estate) trying to get me to come see him so he can personally tell me that my parcel will potentially get destroyed , which I think its bang out of order.I don't mean to be nasty but in my opinion world be a better place with a different staff there.

The manager of this store is literally the most vile person to ever work in customer service. I don't know whether they were having a bad day but there is no excuse! Will be calling the boss about this incident, I am very upset and felt bullied.

Heard that the service from the lady owner was appalling. I was willing to ignore many people who said how bad it was and go there myself. I was horrified how disgraceful and disrespectful she actually is. That kind of person should not be serving the public. She should be ashamed of herself. An obvious bitter person. I went to the CO OP in Cross Lanes instead. The extra 2 minutes in the car was well worth it as the staff there are very helpful, professional and they have a massive selection.
