- LKLucy KennedyApr 8, 20202.0I managed to post my parcel today, on the second attempt. The lady today was lovely so that's why 2 stars (not 0). The first time I went in the man was working behind the counter and he point blank refused to send my one parcel. He said it was not essential. I have since been in touch with the post office and they say this is not their policy. So if you go in and he refuses to serve you, this is rubbish. Update. Still refusing to serve people refused to serve my mother a book of stamps today.
