But worse her than that , the lady in the glases is extremely very rude the lady in the blonde hair is the nice one in there , and the elderly ma hasn't been rude to me. We are having a big problem with an apple voucher, which they are refusing to give our money back.It's happened twice , it's a dud one. It's the second time it's happen we said we want our money back.We had to go to the police action fraud.And also , we have gone to citizens advice. Even the manager is refusing to give our money back when you have your customer rights act of 2015 and 2025 . To have your money back , we are thinking of taking this photo like legal action. Because apple said there's something wrong with the voucher.Even my sister went in there and me to the rude old lady in there.And she said it went through as a cell , of course , it would do that , until would not recognize that it said voucrecognize that it's a dud voucher. Because I used to work on tills myself for a very long time. A few of my friends, including my family, will not be going back there again.But we are gonna make sure that we get our 50 pounds back.Why should they keep it. This makes me very angry about this place place. If I was , you are avoid it , all cost. A few of my friends now people I know will not be going back their eithet.
