I have had issues in the past where they have closed early and not wanted to take a parcel or let me collect a parcel so I have had to come back the next day, rather annoyingly!! But, three out of four visits have been good. Staff are okay, have only had one incident of a staff member being rude.

If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
