Brilliant staff, nothing too much trouble. Sue, Nick and the others are just lovely. My mum worked at this post office many years ago and it always has had lovely people working there.

Best Post Office In south bristol I would say very helpful usually. Please note that the postal covid tests from the post office website states this post office as a priority place of postage. Also stated "additional collections" at 15:30 at the post office.
For anyone bringing a test to this site please put in the post box 150 metres away by the road further away from this post office.

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
