- AKAnmol KrishnaMay 7, 20261.0I went there to deposit some cash into my bank account. I’ve been there multiple times with no issues and deposited as much money as I have wanted. The young lady on the counter was rude straight away. Told me she couldn’t deposit the money because it was over the limit. The limit was £500, I was confused because I’ve deposited more before but I said okay no worries please may I deposit just £500. The lady then refused to serve me because I had already told her the amount I need to deposit. I told her (as I was clearly very visibly ill) that my car is broken and I can’t walk all the way up to another post office. She told me to leave and go to staple hill. I asked her why she couldn’t serve me and she decided to say because of the way you’re talking to me. At this point I was speaking politely. I asked to see her manager and she refused, told me to leave the shop and told me she wasn’t willing to serve me. I asked her if it was because of my skin tone and she got very defensive, continuing to be rude. At the end of the day I couldn’t pay rent because I couldn’t deposit the money and it caused me a lot of strain because I was so ill. Such a bad experience. If you don’t know how to do your job don’t come to work
