  I visit Cults Post Office to dispatch parcels most days for my e-commerce business. The staff are very knowledgeable and I usually enjoy a bit of banter while there.

  Not great attitude on Monday 5 December when it was announced that as Christmas stamps were finished. Seriously, 5 December and all gone. The manager thought it was funny.

  Standard UK customer service, can't do that as rules state this etc. Not willing to listen to why they might be wrong. Went somewhere else to post items who were far more helpful. Such a short sighted attitude to business.
