I waited patiently at the post office counter, and a young man came into after me and stood at the opposite end counter. I’d like to know why he was dealt with by the member of staff who was a young woman first and i was ignored. The staff member didnt ask ‘who’s first’, just served him. This has happened before in this shop but with different staff - is this your store policy to ignore customers?
