- RLRichard LittlerJun 10, 20261.0An elderly relative asked if I could get her some £1 coins so popped into the post office in the golden square, there wasn't any queue so thought that was a good start, there were 2 staff serving and having a good old chat, I was beckoned to the counter as I approached the counter I asked if he could change a £10 note for 10 £1 coins to which he said sorry no can do!!!!!! This isn't the first negative experience I've had in this post office!!!!! I'm not impressed with the staffs attitude here, I thought they were there to help but obviously not!!!!!! They would rather sit around gassing rather than helping the general public, I think they need retraining in serving us otherwise a change of staff is required. Yours very disgruntledly Rick. 😠

The staff were completely unprofessional and clearly didn't know what they were doing. Because of their mistakes and lack of guidance, I ended up wasting more than £100 on my DVLA application. Absolutely unacceptable service

You’re encouraged to use the self serve stations, but when you’re sending something guaranteed you need someone to come over and accept it. I stood for over 10 minutes waiting for someone; constantly ignored because they were seeing the people in the queue who arrived after me. Someone eventually came over, didn’t say anything and walked off after accepting it on the screen. I had to chase after them because they needed the package. They didn’t say anything to me again.
