- 2221 25Apr 17, 20263.0Cathryn is always absolutely brilliant – she’s helpful, efficient, and very hardworking. Even when it’s busy, she stays friendly and always has a smile on her face. I really appreciate that she never refuses my parcels, even when they are quite large or heavy, as long as they meet the requirements. She makes the whole experience much easier. Unfortunately, my experience with Shelley has been quite the opposite. Whenever my parcels are a bit bigger or heavier (but still within the allowed limits), she often seems reluctant to accept them and tends to come up with reasons not to take them. This has happened more than once, and it can be quite frustrating. I completely understand the job can be demanding, but I do think customers should receive a consistent level of service.

I’m fairly sure there was still a woman behind the till, so we waited for about 15 minutes before someone from Tesco finally came over to tell us it was closed and that she’d finished her shift at 4pm. Completely unacceptable. If the Post Office counter is closed early, there should be clear signage to avoid wasting customers’ time. Since when are Post Office opening hours so flexible? Very poor communication and customer service
