- AVAnnie VanSep 7, 20261.0I arrived at the post office early in the morning, just as it opened. I was extremely shocked by the behaviour of the woman serving me who had brown, shoulder length hair. She was very rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction and displayed a considerable amount of attitude. She asked me to remove my item from the brown Amazon packaging envelope so that she could place it into a Royal Mail brown envelope. I did as requested. I then asked whether she could take the Amazon envelope to dispose. Her response was, “I don’t need your rubbish.” I found this comment extremely disrespectful and completely inappropriate! I was left in disbelief how rude she is and returned to the counter and asked to speak to a manager and for the employee’s name so that I could make a formal complaint to Head Office. I was told by her male colleague that they are not permitted to provide staff names and that the manager would not be in until the following Monday, meaning I would have to wait a full week to speak to them! Ridiculous!
