The service is excellent when the the two younger gentleman are working, they go above and beyond and are very helpful and polite. However, when the middle-aged lady or the elder lady are working the service is horrible and downright hostile. During my last visit I had the misfortune of being served by the middle aged lady. Infront of me was an elderly gentleman, who politely asked for the telephone number for the TV licence people. She rudely snapped at him "I'm not ready yet", twice, while she very slowly took a parcel and placed it to the side. Then she turned to him irritably and asked "what?". After he repeated what he wanted, she curtly said " is that it? That's a Google search, why didn't you search it?". When he said that he didn't have a swipe phone, and didn't like them, she chastised him and said he had to get one. Bear in mind, this gentleman was in his seventies at the very least. After this came our turn to face her wrath. We had some parcels to post, 2 of which were 24h priority. She downright refused to send them today, saying that there's still parcels from yesterday they have to process, pointing to a pile of 4 parcels. She then kept asking if we were sure we wanted to leave them here as they wouldn't be processed "today or tomorrow". We chose to take them elsewhere, after which she suddenly turned sweet. The next post office we took the parcels to processed them with no problem. I'm not asking for service with a smile, just for someone to do their job and not be hostile. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from anyone, let alone from a woman of her age who should know better.
