I’ve been using this shop and post office for years and never had a problem. It is the only shop I’d use in Runcorn, the rest of Runcorn is a case of lock your car doors and don’t stop.

I get the impression every customer is seen as a pest. The staff seem to hate serving over the post office counter, if you give them any easy request "first class stamp please" - hooray, you're customer of the day, but paying in or anything more taxing on the brain for them, then forget it. Whilst at the normal paying counter the other day, I overheard one member of staff if another could jump on the post office "sorry I'm on my break" - seriously team - if you want to be in the service industry please let your face know and give us a smile.
