- DDDeeceeJun 4, 20251.0Keep loosing my parcels and don’t seem to care. Wouldn’t serve me as 5 past 1, I told them I was now away for week, they shrugged. Went pack package vanished. Lady said come back and see a manager, no contact details taken or advice of when manager in? I asked if he knew where my parcel was. The next time I went to collect a different parcel she couldn’t find it again, people queuing and so suggested a dated or package sizing system, she said we don’t have the room, so I asked based on my experience if they should be providing this service if they could not fulfil, she snapped no one wanted to do this anyway and we don’t have time. Again no apology, no accountability, no empathy for my time leaving my job or my fuel or any solution or explanation. After the scrutiny of the Royal Mail and competition you would think a little more customer service would a priority.
