When the post office is open, the team are very helpful (the usual lady in particular) but it is increasingly closed, often randomly, without warning. You have to go right through the shop only to find a hand written note on the Post office counter telling you that it's shut. Even a sign on the door or in the carpark saying 'Shop open but Post Office closed' would be helpful.

Shocking, poor, miserable attitude. Waited in line in plenty of time before closing merely to drop of a parcel.had to wait as it was busy which is fair enough but then got told they wouldn’t take it because they were closed 😂😂😂More staff needed whom are qualified to run the PO.
