- WWwendy6 days ago1.0Can’t get hold of store on telephone and head office number tells you to leave a bot discussion or email. Not helpful when you need to enquire about urgent medication for one of your animals that has been ordered through them therefore as the email generally doesn’t For several working days and we are on a Friday this is extremely unhelpful and is yet another large company relying on computer systems. I am doing this on behalf of a friend who does not have the facilities to enable either of these to take place and I have tried doing it on their behalf and have failed because I do not have the relevant information. Another great failure from a large conglomerate company.

Rang vets up they didn't say anything to the shop complained to the manager he said sorry and offered us a free bag of hay I think its an insult and will be taking the matter further my daughter was so upset she has anxiety and Austin
- EPEllie PalmerAug 24, 20261.0If i could make the stars any lower than 1 i would, Absolutely disgusting staff are so rude and never know what they are talking about clearly not trained to work with small animals whatsoever, Went to buy my guniea pigs food and found cobwebs covering the treat, Lady said “will check it later don’t have my glasses” No sorry nothing, absolutely vile and how do you just have a repeat supply of animals and just stocking the shelves when one gets bought so suspicious and weird to how that’s even a thing. The fact of having a vets for pets partnered with pets at home, they should be shut down for false information and don’t even get me started on if it’s reliable or not. Everytime you try to report it elsewhere the page crashes.. i wonder why! Because pets at home are hiding something to do with what they do to their animals. I adopted my guniea pig from Pets at Home and he grew a 5cm mass, they said he lost his cage friend before i bought him, I then noticed the off looking side and got him checked out at Vets for Pets they said he’s happy healthy and nothing to worry about, Clearly bull**** I then went back to get checked they said from a ultrasound he has a tumor and not long left?! You can’t tell weather or not it’s a tumor from a picture you have to sample it you **** so that’s £182 down for NO TRUE INFORMATION, This franchise needs looking into with the way they mislead information on how to care for animals, Their staff is all over the place not knowing what to do, Funny story is i originally went into vets for pets to get his nails cut and oh that turned into a consultation? Sorry im pretty sure getting his nails cut are £15, not £60, to add to this matter THEY DIDNT EVEN CUT HIS NAILS, They focused on the fact they looked though an image said he’s got a tumor not long to go and completely forgot to cut his nails and said to me over whatsapp chat that they have been done? Sorry you’re a receptionist not the vet i’m pretty sure i wasn’t flashing his nails off before he went in so you could see? Everyone in their is useless and has no care for animals at all. They fake being nice (sometimes) if you don’t know how to do your job don’t do it. Not happy with this service at all, Seriously needs some looking into.
