All essential information can be seen clearly throughout the post office, nothing is left for you to worry about what can and can’t be done or when at this post office. Fantastic service . We are truly lucky to have such a friendly and helpful post office in our town

When I pointed out it had just taken him ages to the woman’s parcel ahead of me (which was local) he then said he didn’t have to do anything and it was my fault for not reading the sign. Apparently he can pick and choose what he wants to do - it’s a Post Office and you post things!!!!!

There are nearly always two people to serve and as I have a lot of post I dont feel too guilty about taking up one operator as long as there is movement with the other. Both members of staff are conscientious and take care. They dont take breaks or have lunch hours and do a difficult job well. I note one review is complaining about a wait. If a customer has a time taking job to complete, what are the Office staff supposed to do? In a time when so many PO'S and Banks are closing, Frodsham is lucky to have this service
