- NZNataliya ZhuravlovaAug 17, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed by the way people are treated after they have already experienced a serious and unpleasant situation at a Post Office branch. My complaint was handled by Grace, Complaint Handler. Unfortunately, instead of a specific and objective investigation into what happened, I received a lengthy formal response consisting mainly of general explanations, expressions of regret and apologies. At the same time, I was provided with no convincing evidence to support the version of events given by the branch staff. It gives the impression that the statements of employees are given considerably more weight than the documents and specific facts provided by the customer. When someone has already been affected by an unpleasant incident, the last thing they expect is another formal response along the lines of “we are sorry, these things can happen,” instead of a proper investigation and concrete action. For this reason, the handling of my complaint has left me with an extremely negative impression. If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, that option is not available here.
