- VVVivienJun 15, 20261.0Rude lady behind counter, Not helpful regarding a parcel my elderly mum had delivered to her but not hers , told to find the postman and give it back, reluctantly took the parcel , luckily I found a nice post woman going into the post office and said she would take care of it. This was obviously an important parcel for someone and tracked , I waited in a queue patiently to return it , only to have this experience.

- BBBing Bongbing123May 9, 20261.0Came yesterday to pick a parcel up apparently wasn’t there according to the big boss man he think he is when matter of fact love I came to collect today and the lovely ladies on the desk found my parcel that had been with yourselves since the start of the week maybe go to Specsavers and get those eyes tested of yours instead of saying every time I come to collect my parcels aren’t with you when matter of fact Alan they are right in front you I also want to complain about the the way you speak to people when they come to to either collect parcels or drop off I bet I’m not the only person to say something about this I don’t like the way you look me up and down when I give you my Id asking me what I’ve come to collect it is non of your business as well I don’t know what your problem is but you need sort the way you speak to people not just members of the public but also the staff that work for you they are so lovely have some respect! You aren’t a very nice man MR ALAN GREEN!
