- TTTDSep 4, 20261.0"What a useless post office. Queued for 15 minutes minimum to find out they are not taking Evri. By this time, the queue was to the window. The shop counter person was a waste of time; she directed me to the post office as I tried to drop off at the shop counter. My point is, why was there not a sign stating, 'Sorry, no Evri today,' and why did the hopeless shopkeeper not say, 'We can't accept Evri'? Oh, and then some nosey big mouth think they know it all gives me some un-interested verbal...must of been close to the postmaster.....
- GCGary ClaytonApr 21, 20261.0Post office staff are absolutely useless!!!
- JBJulie BlackbandApr 15, 20261.0Again when my husband visited today, 1 member of staff behind the counter. Luckily no queue, however staff member on phone no acknowledgment, walked off, waited about 20 minutes with a queue behind him forming. No customer service skills when he eventually decided to serve no apology. Seriously need either new staff or some training.
