Absolutely appalling service. Avoid this place at all costs.
I went in to collect a parcel and was met with an unbelievable level of hostility. The woman handling the Post Office counter—a lady with short dark hair, who I believe actually owns this outrageously overpriced shop—was phenomenally rude.
She made it feel like holding and handing over a package was a massive personal insult to her. Let’s be clear: IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO PROVIDE A COLLECTION SERVICE THEN STOP OFFERING IT TO POSTAL CUSTOMERS! Don't take out your misery on people who are simply trying to pick up their parcels.
Between the astronomical prices in the shop and the genuinely toxic attitude at the counter, I would highly advise taking your business elsewhere. Let’s hope that Royal Mail removes the post office side and the over price shop dies in turn. As this lady doesn’t deserve any more custom
