A very small local Post Office with only one counter. They are unable to deal with vehicle tax, passport application, TV Licenses or EVRI parcels. However, they do clearly list what services they can and can’t provide in the WHSmith store.
This Post Office can do banking, they can process banking/bill payments, send mail throughout the U.K./internationally, top up gas & electric, order foreign currency, and can be used as a drop-off point. The staff here all work so hard and do their best to serve the public with the resources they have. Another counter and extra staff are needed, but everyone does their best to serve the public. Have used this post office many times and have always been satisfied with the service I’ve received. Always friendly and professional! Thank you all!

How about, when a customer comes in wanting to do multiple transactions at the (only) post office counter, and those multiple transactions are going to take over 15 minutes, the person who is working at the counter perhaps deals with the person or two behind them, in between transactions? I made a trip to town this morning, to mail a letter abroad, and had to give up after nearly 20 minutes of the same person being served, as I had a appointment to get to. Now I've got to make another visit on my way to work! Arrrgh!!
