The manager was very rude and loud.no remorse after that they messed up my delivery. When mentioned that they wrote wrong address the lady goes like I can't do anything. Very lazy people.

I honestly don't know who's bright idea it was to put a Post Office in a Basement where nobody can get any phone signal to generate labels etc, so everyone is sent back upstairs and made to re-queue again. After doing this myself, re-queueing only to be told the systems have gone down? Why was that? Because your Post Office is in a basement maybe? 🤦♂️ Painful experience, never again.
