I’m in the branch five or six days a week, so this review is based on genuine, regular experience rather than a one-off visit. They now handle virtually all of my business postal requirements, from sending stock via DPD to Amazon fulfilment centres across the UK, to my daily Royal Mail Tracked small parcel dispatches for eBay customers, as well as my personal postal needs. The difference their service has made to my business has been remarkable. Every parcel is handled with care, accuracy and attention to detail, giving me complete confidence that my customers receive the service they deserve. Their efficiency, reliability and consistency have allowed me to move away from previous third-party fulfilment arrangements, knowing I can trust Razza and the team completely. Some people seem to think that they can do what they want and everyone else has to suck it up. Kishen explained to him why what he wanted wasn't possible, & he didn't like it. Kishen is a credit to the Post Office.

To deposit a cheque, you’ll need to bring the following to your nearest branch:

*A cheque deposit envelope for your bank (these are available from your own bank or the majority are stocked in Post Office branches)

Simply hand over your sealed cheque deposit envelope to the Post Office who will provide you with a receipt for your cheque deposit envelope.
Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
You may have been refused if you’re not signed up to this service. If you’d like to do so, contact your bank directly to find out whether they offer the service and how to sign up.
If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
