- IIIsaac5 days ago1.0Staff at the counter were extremely arrogant, they have NO policies for return or exchange, and when asked about said return policies,each individual was given a different statement regarding the matter each time, secondly we were denied access to handling the item in any way before purchasing, leading to us want to exchange the item bought. This shows general incompetence from Store Assistants and additional employees. As a stakeholder of the business I am utterly unimpressed and disgusted by how the 3 of us customers were treated, violating the equality in the act in 2010.

It felt like customers were an inconvenience rather than people they’re supposed to help. The atmosphere was unfriendly, and the whole experience was stressful and frustrating. Customer service seriously needs improving here.
