He is always friendly, helpful, and willing to assist us with all our postal service needs. Every time we visit, he is patient, professional, and makes sure everything is handled smoothly. Today, I saw him spending a great deal of time patiently helping an elderly customer take a suitable photo for their application. He was kind, caring, and never rushed the customer, making sure everything was done correctly. Callum is truly an exceptional and dedicated member of staff.
