Normally I have a good experience with this post office, however, today was not a great experience. I was sending off two parcels, one of which the QR code was strange. I mentioned the oddity and asked if to see if the scanner could scan, but if not, I had another version of the QR code somewhere. I was then confrontationally asked whether my phone brightness was up, to which I confirmed rather bluntly it was - finding the very stand-offish question quite rude.
Because I wasn't sure whether the clerk was ready for my next parcel, I asked if they wanted me to place my second one on the scale, which elicited a rather condescending and almost sarcastic response of "yes you need to put it on the scale because I don't know what label you have". Quite unpleasant behaviour from someone who is significantly older than me.
Unfortunately this is the closest post office to me, so I frequent here often. Shame that the service is going downhill. If you don't like client-facing jobs, might I suggest you look for another job? Management, if there is any, needs to train their staff on their behaviour to clientele. The attitude is awful.
