Opening hours are completely unreliable and change according to the owners whim, nevermind what is listed online or even what is shown on the opening hours notice on their own kiosk window!

Supposed to reopen at 2pm after lunch. I was there at 2pm and waited 25 mins, with still no sign of the post office guy, so I left. Terrible, unreliable service.
