The Post Office team are one of a kind. Very polite, very friendly and very helpful. Not once have I ever had an issue or problem. They've been serving me for years and we often have good banter about football teams Liverpool and Manchester United. I always look forward to visiting them whenever I have mail to post.

Doing a favour for my grandma, Lloyds bank is currently shut and needed to pay in her Visa. She searched up and said the Post Office can take it in, I doubted it but was worth a try. This was on Wednesday.
The man who dealt with me was so rude. Treating me like a 5 year old, giving me an unnecessary step by step guide on how to take a piece of paper out of an envelope, my hands were full and was rushing me. There was no queue behind me so I don’t know what the rush was!
He said “No, can’t do it” very abruptly then I politely asked are there any alternative banks that will accept it… their response was “I don’t know. Ask Mr Google”. Who does he think he’s talking to?? ‘Mr Google’??? A small interaction but put me in a foul mood for the rest of the day. Doesn’t take much to be nice.
Incredibly rude, patronising and unprofessional. A post office known for its “kind staff”, I’m still yet to see it. Wish I got the member of staffs name.

Needed to return an old passport to be cancelled. Passport office recommended considering the signed for postage. I was only offered the most expensive tracked, signed guaranteed £9! option and that was all they would do. I stupidly paid it. I called in on my local sorting office post office and they said that was not correct, The £4.65 tracked option would have been sufficient.
Will not use this post office again.
