This is a gem of a post office, i wont use any other , i actually go out of my way to use this post office. The service is quick and reliable.
No matter when i go, the post the lady who is the manager is always so pleasant and extremely helpful.
I love the fact you can buy lots of things other than the normal post items.
It reminds me of the old types of shops where you could buy anything it has a lovely friendly feel.

General post office that offers various postal services and a shop that has food, drink, birthday cards and stationery.
I had an issue with a parcel that I sent via the shop and I went in to discuss this with the owner who was confrontational, rude and unhelpful.
I have had issues with the family before but I did try and remain calm and professional as there were other people in there.
The owner raised her voice and shrugged saying she couldn't help me. Eventually she asked me to leave the shop so I did before the situation escalated.
Not a very nice experience as owner is hostile, confrontational and down right rude.
I definitely will not be going in there again. If I need the post office for anything I will go elsewhere.
AVOID!!!!

Absolutely fantastic service every time I visit. The staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming, and they even remember me by name, which makes such a difference. It feels personal rather than transactional. On top of that, there’s a great selection of goods available alongside the usual post office services, making it really convenient. Always a pleasure to come here—highly recommended!
