Very bad vibe from one member of staff as soon as I had the dubious pleasure of meeting her when trying, for the first time, to post a parcel back to Amazon. [I'd picked the wrong shop initially and they'd inadvertently wrapped said parcel for me. Not very well as it happened]. In the post office, staff became irritated and very snappy with me when I asked if they could put the sticker over the back of the package where there was hardly any sellotape. I was worried rhe item enclosed would fall out. This request unleashed a torrent of wordage and accusations and poorly hidden rage from staff behind the counter, in particular a middle aged woman who goes by the name of 'Sue'. She doled our aggression, confrontation and bitchiness towards me. Said I didnt know their job. Do I need to? I was asking for help, and wasn't trying to criticise. The whole scene erupted from nowhere. Sue shouldn't be working with the general public if she finds us (me) so irritating after a simple misunderstanding on my part. Sue needs a rest so she can calm down....roll on Christmas for poor Sue. I won't be going back to this post office. Shocking.
