- CWCatherine WincoteAug 5, 20254.0All staff very friendly apart from one lady who always seems to have an issue when trying to return something to Amazon, I always try to have my barcode ready so it can be scanned straight away, but on a couple of occasions my phone hasn't played ball and I've had to log in again, which doesn't take long ,but I was getting daggers from the woman in question and got told to stand to the side whilst she served other customers, I felt like a naughty school girl, no customer service skills what so ever and rarely cracks a smile. Went in again yesterday to return 2 identical items on the same order, to be told I should have 2 barcodes, I tried explaining that they only sent me one as it's one order, after allot of huffing and puffing both items were put in the same envelope, I'm getting to the point where I dred having to go in as it makes me feel very anxious, this is the 3rd time now there has been an issue with this lady.
