There's a reason why they close the door at 5pm rather than the 5:30 closing time. They know the queue is at least a 30 minute wait. Only ever 1 member of staff on but they have 6 tills yet no sense of urgency to get things done quickly. Unbelievable.

Worst post office I've ever been to, staff are very nice but there are simply not enough of them, commonly have to wait 30 mins in a queue throughout to shop to get served.
