Extraordinary service from Joe (not sure of spelling). He went out of his way to help me print a prepaid label when QR code failed. I really needed to send it on that day and they were closing. Thank you so much.
I have experience the same problems reported on older reviews last year but service (incl opening hours) has been great…definitely in the past 2 months 👍👍👍

The man was more interested talking on his phone than looking up and acknowledging me. Carried on talking all the way through. All parcels left near the hatch in a pile. I was the only customer so he wasnt busy.
Goes to show what happens when the coop take over.
It used to be a well ran hub with friendly, helpful staff. Oh dear....

What a relief, it was to be served by a lady at this Post Office, who knew exactly what she was doing. It was a complicated registered delivery item I was sending and she had it done and sent in no time at all, if I had gone to the Post Office in Macclesfield W H Smith's, I would be still there loosing the will to live. Thank you so much to this lady, you are a credit to the Service.
