- YYYMay 7, 20261.0They put the U in useless. Selling cheap quality toys which are harmful for animals. A so called teething bone for my puppy got successfully chewed by my three month old puppy who weighs less than 1kg. The dog almost died. The squishy toys no longer squeak despite the fact that none are perforated. The company denied responsibility. Stay away please. Unfit for purpose.
- DGDaniel GoldenMar 31, 20262.0Disgusted @ pets @ home ...firstly got a money off voucher on my phone ..so much off if you spend certain amount ...it would not down load the bar code so we did not recieve the promotion / offer discount ..girl on till said it had happened a lot lately .& to go on web site to see if you can do anything ..this was pets @ home clay cross ....with a queue of customers waiting to be served & me not computer savvy we lost the money ....secondly when i phone head office to complain in customer srrvice you can not speak to any one ...only on line which im not familiar with ...is this how pets @ home like to treat their loyal customers ??
- MAMinecraft AccountMar 26, 20261.0Absolutely awful place, went to buy flea treatment, but only a manager can sell it but there's a manager in but not the right manager, they wouldn't sell it but you can buy it on Amazon.They have notices on the poor rats to have a big cage with multiple levels but in the shop are in small glass tanks. Bought a hamster from there a week later it gave birth. Dogs becoming stressed in the salon with untrained staff to deal with dogs in stressful situations.

Avoid at all cost!

Omg trying to contact company was a nightmare, then on live chat was asked to send photos of all damaged can, well I didn't have all day to spare for that! Customer service phone number given everywhere, just points you in direction of email or live chat, then cuts you off! Had to put as 1 star to post, but it's no stars from me!
